At Wiseguy, we pride ourselves on using local and fresh ingredients. We serve New York style, hand tossed pizza’s topped with whole-milk mozzarella, and baked to perfection in our stone deck ovens. We make our sauce from scratch and make our dough fresh daily, using Shepherds Grain Flour, a company that uses mostly Northern Idaho farmers to produce their grains. We also craft delicious sandwiches, salads, and calzones.
